ShiGh Aesthetics & Wellness was founded by nurse practitioners Vanessa Mattos and Kelly Forte to bring personalized aesthetic and wellness care straight to your home.
We take a natural, conservative approach. The goal is that you look refreshed and feel your best, not that you look “done.” Every visit starts with a real conversation about your goals, and you get one-on-one time with a licensed clinician from start to finish.
ShiGh is fully mobile. Every appointment takes place in your home or another location of your choice, anywhere in Lee, Charlotte and Collier counties.

You’ll receive a health history form to complete before we arrive. Please let us know ahead of time if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, are on antibiotics, are feeling sick, or have any upcoming events, since some treatments need a few days of recovery time.
Cancellations: since we travel to you, please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Absolutely. Gather a few friends at your place and we’ll set up for a group visit. Call or text us to plan it.
Most visits take 30 to 60 minutes depending on the treatment. IV therapy and NAD+ sessions can take longer, and we’ll give you a time estimate when you book.
